Norman's birthday, Chocolate cake, 5th July

So my eldest brother turns 70 and I wanted to bake him a special cake but he is in another country. So we ordered a chocolate cake for him

I had to share this with my sister and deliver to her house while Covid and all.

Here is the Birthday Boy.  Looking younger as ever!

Watermelon Cake, 26th June 2021

Michelle's birthday cake, Fresh Apple cake, 25th June

Myra's Birthday, 17 June 2021

Four layers of Ube Chiffon Cake

with Whipped Cream filling

and Ube filling

Cake was perfect as we transported it

And this is how it arrived, in 2 pieces.  Lessons learnt, do not transport 4 layer chiffon cake!

Mikhail's birthday, 5 Jan 2021

Since there are no grand kids yet, puppies and dogs are governing the household.

Drea was freaking out while Mik slices the cake.
